I’ve always been fascinated by working out what makes people succeed. Earlier in my career I applied this as a teacher, communications expert and project manager.

 

Using what I learned in these roles, I specialised in organisation development and design, and was awarded membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2014.

 

An accredited Insights Discovery and Myers-Briggs practitioner, I’m also a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor (ILM Level 7) and experienced in Nancy Kline’s ‘Time to Think’ process and Systemic Coaching and Constellations.

 

Now, I help leaders to succeed. Creative and curious, I do things slightly differently to others in my field. I focus on nuanced personal and inter-personal development that creates profound professional results.
