Creative, charismatic, curious. For more than 15 years I've been fascinated by the challenge of bringing strategy to life, encouraging meaningful engagement, and the “art” of change. I’ve worked in partnership with talented colleagues, teams and leaders as a collaborator, consultant, facilitator, agent for change and occasional agitator in both the public and private sector.

Early career success as a teacher, communications expert and project manager ignited a passion for and ability to realise the potential of organisations through people. This was formally recognised with accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) as a Chartered Member in 2014.

My clients also benefit from my experience of Nancy Kline’s ‘Time to Think’ process, accreditation as an Insights Discovery practitioner and ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring.

I continue to work as a trusted partner for organisations, their leaders and teams on a freelance basis, enabling small changes with big impact through meaningful development experiences, coaching and facilitation.
