When I work with senior leaders, it’s never lonely at the top. I ask questions. I listen to answers. I combine my skills as a coach, mentor, change specialist and transformation consultant to make personalised solutions.


If you want help designing and delivering a specific activity, I’ll provide a one-off coaching conversation. If you have a challenge that needs more than one session, I’ll develop a coaching programme or provide retained consultancy support. We’ll then collaborate to develop initiatives, activities and habits that work, and keep working.
