If people are a company’s most valuable asset, why are so many business leaders tearing their hair out about their fellow human beings?
That was the question being asked of me as guest speaker at the "Fish on Toast" Business Basics session on 2 February 2021 by the University of Southampton's Entrepreneurial Society.
People-shaped frustrations in business take many different forms, from not listening or being on the same page to simply not getting along. So what causes these frustrations and how can the entrepreneur expanding their business avoid the suffering that often arises from working with others?
